Our client is looking for a commercial disputes lawyer, technically strong, with previous experience in managing or supervising people, ideally paralegals, but certainly with a passion for developing talent.
You'll be part of a team responsible for providing technical supervision and development to our paralegals, but will also work with the wider commercial disputes team, managing your own caseload.
With at least 4pqe you're likely have your own small caseload while it's anticipated that the majority of your time will be spent working with team leaders and other stakeholders within the DR group scoping out projects, agreeing training requirements for the team, establishing service standards and methods of quality control, providing technical supervision and development for the paralegals in your team.
You'll work closely with the team to continue to build a credible and high performing team of paralegals, with the flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the firm's clients, its business and its profession, driving growth in the team and, as a consequence, revenue for the business.
