Job Description

THE ROLE

A clinical negligence lawyer is sought for a unique opportunity to work within a team which manages a variety of work for defendant clinical negligence clients, including NHS Resolution and insurer / medical malpractice clients.

Key responsibilities inter alia:
To run a caseload of clinical negligence files to include:
* Drafting reports
* Interviewing witnesses
* Drafting witness statements
* Instructing experts
* Instructing counsel
* Attend Court for Case Management Conferences and Application Hearings
* Negotiating settlements.
* Holding conferences with Counsel.
* Preparing for and attending trials and mediations.

ABOUT YOU

A solicitor 2-7PQE with defendant clinical negligence experience, you will have the ability to work independently and as part of a growing team, in the office and remotely.
