Civil Litigation Lawyer - 6 month FTC

THE ROLE

An litigation lawyer with 2-5pqe UK or internationally qualified is sought to join the Commercial Litigation / Civil Fraud team on a 6 month ftc contract basis.

Excellent experience of commercial litigation is required as well as ideally civil fraud and interim injunction work, but this is not essential so long as candidates can demonstrate a real enthusiasm for this type of work.

Key practice areas include: anti-money laundering; bribery and corruption; commercial and trust litigation; corporate investigations, criminal antitrust (cartels); cross-border issues (including extradition and mutual legal assistance); economic sanctions; financial regulation; fraud (civil and criminal); insider dealing; international asset-tracing and tax investigations.
