Job Description

Our client has offices throughout Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire and they have a vacancy for a newly qualified-4PQE solicitor in the Child Care Department based at their Lincoln office.

The successful applicant is likely to have had at least 6 months experience working within a Family or Child Care Department working in this area of law, but above all will be someone who has a passion for working in the field of Public Law children's cases.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and IT skills, and will be a person who wants to be part of a strong and supportive team where they will be expected to expand their knowledge and experience in this area of law, to manage their own case load and to be keen to undertake their own advocacy
