Newly created Central PSL position with global firm to develop knowledge systems and processes used by Professional Support Lawyers.
This role focuses on centralising, co-ordinating and streamlining core KM functions, such as:
- reviewing knowledge systems
- evaluating practice efficiency and matter management
- co-ordinating and supporting matter data tracking
- supporting the legal project management team with tools, policies, processes and materials.
This role would suit a candidate with at least five years of legal or practice management experience in a large international law firm, including experience and market knowledge of managing and implementing efficiency-related projects. Prior experience as a Professional Support Lawyer is desirable but not essential, however strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential. You should have extensive knowledge and experience of transactions, high professional standards, excellent drafting and IT skills and an understanding of AI use in the legal world.
