Job Description

Are you an experienced Capital Markets lawyer who would like to move into a PSL role?

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for a range of activities within the Capital Markets group including developing and maintaining precedents, conducting legal research, delivering training and writing practice notes and bulletins on legal developments relevant to the group. Involvement in Legal Tech and Innovation will form part of your remit.

The role includes supporting marketing and business development activities and you will also have additional management responsibilities.

Flexible working arrangements including part-time and hybrid are available.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will have an excellent academic background and considerable Capital Markets experience, ideally gained at a leading City or international law firm.

Either a PSL already or a fee earner aspiring to join the Knowledge and PSL community, you will be looking for a role in a large, well established yet collegial team at a leading international law firm.
