Job Description

An international law firm, with offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

The Group acts for licensed insolvency practitioners, banks and other lenders, debtor companies and their boards, and trade creditors.

Much of the work is cross-border or has an international flavour and the Banking & Finance Group has wide ranging expertise in both domestic and international work, acting for commercial, development and investment banks, funds, multilateral banks and other international financial institutions.

On the Restructuring side, the candidate will advise on a wide range of insolvency and restructuring issues on a predominantly non- contentious basis.

On the Finance side, the candidate will be involved in general banking and finance matters, and mainly acting for banks and other lenders. Candidates will need to have experience of Finance, Restructuring and Insolvency, gained in a leading firm.

The successful candidate will have excellent academics, experience of loan markets and lending work and experience of handling complex insolvency and restructuring and finance matters gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level.

You will have a desire to be working for a truly international firm.
