THE ROLE

We have a new vacancy for a Corporate Finance/Banking lawyer to join a prestigious corporate team based in the Channel Islands

The role will focus on financing and banking work including fund finance, debt capital markets, private equity and complex structured finance transactions

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a commonwealth qualified lawyer with 4+ PQE gained working for a top tier law firm as a member of a corporate finance or banking team

You will be ready to make a long term career move to a law firm offering aan opportunity to develop a successful career as an offshore lawyer

Candidates must be willing to live and work in the Channel Islands
