THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for Structured Debt Associate Solicitor 2-6 PQE to join a high performing team at the forefront of the securitisation and structured finance market

As a member if the Structured Debt team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional legal services and driving the success of the team
Key Responsibilities will include
Managing multiple complex structured debt transactions from inception to completion
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents,.
Working closely with multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating efforts to deliver seamless and integrated legal services.
Advising on UK and EU regulatory compliance matters, ensuring transactions adhere to the latest legal standards and requirements.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing proactive legal support and knowledge updates
THE CANDIDATE
This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual with a background handling Structured Debt working for a leading law firm, you will have an exceptional track record both academically and professionally
Experience will ideally include securitisations, asset-backed financing, and structured finance transactions
A solid background in general financing and familiarity with various financing products and transactions is desirable
