THE ROLE
This is an exceptional opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor 3 - 6 PQE to join a growing Professional Discipline & Healthcare Regulatory team of a successful law firm
The team acts for a wide range of clients including insurers, Royal Colleges, medical and dental defence organisations, private healthcare providers and individual regulated professionals
You will be handling a broad ranging workload to include; fitness to practise, defending professionals before their regulators -GMC, HCPC, GPhC, TRA, RCVS, MHPS proceedings, Inquests, CQC, Judicial Review and medico-legal advisory work.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates will have a solid background in any of the following;- professional discipline/defendant clinical negligence/ healthcare advisory work
