Leading offshore law firm

THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for an Associate Solicitor Litigation (2-4 PQE) to join the BVI office of a leading offshore law firm

The team provides a full range of litigation services, the post holder will be supporting partners, taking principal responsibility as appropriate for cases, mainly contentious trust and company, cross border fraud and insolvency.

The role will involve working with colleagues from other teams and offices on multi-disciplinary and international projects

THE CANDIDATE

You will have a solid commercial litigation background gained working for a leading international law firm with contentious trusts/insolvency/fraud experience

An excellent proactive and client focused approach is essential for this role

Willingness to become Higher Rights Advocacy Qualified (HRAQ) in due course

This is an opportunity suited to an ambitious solicitor looking to develop a career working offshore
