Our client is a prominent firm throughout South Cheshire
They are looking for a Full-time Agricultural and Commercial Property Solicitor required to start mid February 2018.
They will consider both permanent and locum solicitors
Minimum 3-5 years PQE. Salary dependent on experience and expertise, but genuine partnership prospects within the near future for the right applicant. Exciting opportunity to build on and develop an existing, good quality workload.
Duties: sale, purchase, letting, mortgages of agricultural and commercial property and related property work eg easements, planning issues, environmental concerns.
The caseload is non contentious
The appointment is to replace a departing fee earner with a full caseload, although it would be preferable if the successful candidate had some client following but this is not in anyway essential, the work is there ready to be handled.
The candidate would work with the Head of Property Team)and although any necessary support would be provided we are looking for a candidate for whom minimal supervision is required. You will have your own office and secretary
