A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious agricultural property lawyer, to join a highly rated team, offering a broad range of advice, acting on behalf of farms, private landowners and national charities.
You will be working on a mixed caseload of quality property work covering a whole host of agricultural and rural issues from sale and purchase of farms and farmland to dealings with all types of tenancies and sales for non-agricultural use.
To be considered for this role you will be an NQ or have up to 4 years PQE with extensive property experience and excellent academics gained from a top national or regional firm.
You will have a proven track record of agricultural property and strong understanding of transactional experience in unregistered land and the ability to learn this business area of property work.
Our client requires intellectually very able lawyers who can deal with the property work and the specific approach to agricultural clients.
An aptitude and interest in agricultural work in farming would be highly desirable.
