Dedicated in house recruitment units were a rarity when Lipson Lloyd-Jones was established in 1987, an oddity given that in house lawyers demand just as much expertise and specialist insight from their recruitment consultants as their private practice counterparts. Co-founder Simon Lipson, a former in house lawyer who had encountered this curious lack of know-how first hand, thus prioritised the creation of our specialist In House unit as soon as we opened for business.

The In House team is regularly instructed to run dedicated recruitment assignments. Our service includes advising clients on market conditions, salary levels and advertising methodology. We compose and design advertisements geared to attract the widest response from the best qualified candidates, assess responses, conduct in-depth interviews, provide detailed assessments of shortlisted candidates, arrange interviews and steer negotiations through to successful completion.
