Our client, a fast growing global fin tech business seeks to appoint a Sole Counsel c 5 - 10 PQE with a commercial background to handle both Irish and UK company and employment law.
As a member of a global team, based in the London office, the post holder will be expected to work as sole UK Counsel, managing corporate tenders, business development, regulatory and data protection matters.
The role will involve advising management on legal and operational matters in addition to providing legal support to the business development teams. Additional work will include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with a focus on sales, partner and contractor agreements, corporate governance and regulatory issues.
The post holder will also be expected to handle employment law matters, supporting the HR department advising on legislative matters, employment contracts and policies
In addition the role will involve management of external counsel.
To be considered for this exciting role within this innovative and fast growing business, applicants must have excellent technical skills, solid commercial experience preferably with a technology/financial services background.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong commercial and interpersonal skills with Irish and UK experience.
