THE ROLE

A commercial property lawyer to join the team in the City office.

You will be in a collegial team which works with both commercial and residential property developers and landowners, commercial landlords and investors, banks and institutional lenders, commercial tenants or business owners.

The firm operates in a variety of sectors, including Retail & Leisure, Health & Social Care, TMT & Life Sciences and Charities.

THE CANDIDATE

With 3-4PQE in commercial property matters you will have the ability to manage your own files and have strong client management skills with a focus on the delivery of excellent client service
